Torenia fournieri aka Wishbone Flower.

There is a lot of Pinus strobus around here, but besides the 5 needles per fascicle, this doesn't look like any of it. The needles are short. The bark is nearly black. Growth is sparse. Die back is significant. There is a lot more yellowing of the needles. The yellowing can persist for a year or more (can be quite attractive).

Blush Noisette does well for me, but Champneys' has never grown tall and produces only a few blooms in a season. Its flowers are always pink with fewer petals. The Musk ancestor is one of my best performers, both the double I bought and the single I grew from seed. If the wonderfully-fragrant rose is one of the two, then it was probably sold as Blush Noisette. I recall thinking that the Blush Noisette at Lewis Ginter seemed to have larger, prettier blooms than mine. I don't know enough about Hybrid Musks to identify a variety which resembles this rose.
