Soooo.....are we talking about Hilary Clinton or Tea Leoni?

I was wondering the same thing, but then realized Hill's not the SoS anymore. So Java could be talking to John Kerry. But then again, she wouldn't call him Madam.

Tea Leoni. Whoever is styling her TV look lately is trying to take her back a fashion decade and is not doing her shape any favors.

I like the style they've chosen for the character. I agree, Graywings123, that it's nice to see a character that supposed to be a professional woman in a very sensitive position dressed appropriately. Javachik, I don't much care for the weird jacket sleeves either, but I guess they wanted one fashion forward element?

I like her style (except her evening gowns, they look super old-ladyish) and I don't think her character is supposed to look "put together." She's an intellectual who used to be in the CIA and is now the SOS. Someone who probably doesn't give a flip about fashion but is giving it a shot due to her position. I love the show.

Ah, now I need to find time to watch last nights show to check out her clothing.

I agree, ML. If I recall correctly, in one of the first episodes, didn't they have a wardrobe consultant change up her wardrobe to make her look more SoS-like and professional? At first she looked more like an academic who didn't care one bit how she dressed, and now is at least a little more upscale classic. I too like the show, and I've always liked Tea Leoni and Bebe Neuwirth.

I don't watch much, but I like that the soles of her shoes showed that they had been worn.

I liked the way she dressed before the style consultant and after she made the changes (e.g., Graywings123's photo), just not those weird suit jackets she's been sporting the last couple of episodes. Her trousers are so low slung, it makes her shirts all rumply looking and they're baggy in the butt!
