Hello,

We're in the process of picking our appliances and am down to a few brands. I'm looking for *personal* experiences with the Bertazzoni wall ovens. I'm looking at the FD30 Pro XE http://ca.bertazzoni.com/products/professional-series/ove/30-double-oven-xe or the FD30 Con XE http://ca.bertazzoni.com/products/design-series/ove/30-double-oven-xe I'm interested in experiences surrounding:

1. Noise during pre-heat, cooking, and convection
2. Cleaning / maintaining the look of the ovens
3. Reliability, any issues with them? Consistent results?
4. Size / space issues, they're a little smaller than some of the other 30" wall ovens on the market, any issues with sizing?

I'm also interested in installing them flush with my cabinetry. The ovens will be installed in a column all to themselves with a wall on one side and a counter top on the other. I intended to have a ~1" wide decorative spacer on either side of the column in order to accomplish the flush. The cabinets are completely custom and can be built to any size, the note on the installation spec makes mention of using the surrounding doors to achieve the flush look but alas I'm not in that position, further I'd prefer if the cabinet wasn't any deeper than the 25" counter tops. The cut out depth looks as though they should be installable completely flush with a 25" depth requirement using custom widget cabinetry and interior mounting blocks. Any feedback / photos on this topic would be really helpful.

Thanks!
