Indoor tomatoes large, planting a month away

Anthony

I started 10 tomato plants in an aerogarden this year and they took off more than expected. Transplanted to coir pots a few weeks ago and they are still going strong. They sprouted and grew much faster than I expected. Last time I tried starting my own, they were 12" tall after two months.

Each one now is almost 3' tall (in a 4" pot), thick, lots of leaves, good color, and even putting out flowers.

I shouldn't even consider putting them outside here until May; which has me in a predicament. What to do in the meantime?

Prune down?

Buy a tiny greenhouse for them and get them outside?

Hope they got pot-bound and stop growing?

I'm also worried they are about to lose their light. The bay window they are in has great sun in the winter, but once the trees start filling in, it goes away quickly.

All help appreciated!

Anthony
