Largest sink I can get? 33" exterior cabinet, 31/32" interior. HELP!

1st time home buyer here and we're trying to replace the countertops and now picking our sink and faucet. I want to use the biggest UNDERMOUNT, SINGLE BOWL sink in length (left to right) as I can for our 33" exterior cabinet and 32" (although a 31" makes more sense). The descriptions for sinks that are 30.5"-31.5" ask for 36" cabinet (like: http://www.blanco-germany.com/en_us/en_us/sinks/product_catalog/sink.html?sid=1268740597470_1418215836695&filter=false) and I'm confused on why. I'd like a silgranit or stainless steel sink. So far it seems a stainless steel is my best bet with the size and depth I want.

I don't want to settle for a 28-29" sink if a 30.5"-31" sink can fit in my cabinet. I have about a week before we have to pick out our slabs.

To the left is our dishwasher and to the right is another cabinet.

I'm looking for rule of thumb, explanation, advice, etc. Please and Thank You!
