Hi Leisa, I started noticing aches & pains when I was 39. Intuition told me I needed to get serious about exercising. Lucky for me I found Nia. It is a dance exercise of sorts yet low impact. I have never been a workout sort of girl and this is the only exercise I have managed to stick with. Been doing it a least 2 times a week for 3 years now. Not sure if there is a class in your area though you can go to nianow.com and take a look. Also started taking flaxseed oil about a year ago. Omegas are suppose to be good for joint issues. It definitely seems to help. Been doing lots of yard work these past couple of days and can happily report I have no major aches. Hope you find the best solution for you. ~Amy (stlgirl)

How about scrapes and puntures! They dug up my driveway today and left the piled concrete in an area that will only flood EVERYTHING if it rains...so tonight we tried to break up and bring over about 12 wheel barrow loads. Unfortunately, they actually did lay the concrete correctly and put in wire reinforcements so I've got punctures from bending that off, and scrapes from climbing over 6' piles of concrete! I figured they would have broken it into slightly smaller pieces (although, I must admit, I enjoy swinging the sledge hammer!) GGG

Next time, try doing it with your RIGHT arm for two hours and see if you get the same reaction in your right arm. Was this the first time this year that you had a chance to sail...or were you accustomed to steering with your left? If it hasn't eased up a little by tomorrow morning, check with your doctor or go to the ER.
