11 years agolast modified: 11 years agoKaren, I so enjoy the pictures you post every day. You really live in a beautifully scenic place! My picture today is one I took years ago, during my Ansel Adams phase. :) It is an outbuilding on my friend's property in New Mexico.
This is framed and I just noticed that I can see my hands and the lens of my camera just above the chicken coop. Geesh!! :)

It is nearly twice the height of Niagara Falls, and its overall width is nearly three times the width of the Niagara Falls. 11 years agoI showed my lighthouse photo yesterday. Here is a photo of a sailboat on the Gulf of Mexico, taken a few years ago.
Here is the first day of spring 2015 on a nearby beach, also on the Gulf of Mexico.

11 years agoThe roses are mostly in full bloom right now. I love this one because the petals are scalloped. It's Mellow Yellow, unfortunately fades as it ages, but the bush is a blooming machine all summer long.
