Comments (8)Great looking pieces! I agree with JudyG and Porter. If you can do a glass table, I would recommend doing something like this one below. It does come with different finishes as well. I think you should do an oval or round to break up all of the squareness from the furniture. Comments (25)OP: good suggestions to google/houzz/pinterest your cab color and see what others have done to start to narrow down your likes. Truly, the only was you will find what you love is: take a door off and go to the stone yard and hold it up and see what you think. we can suggest all we want, but when you go to the stone yard and look at Taj, as an example, t might not work since the color variations are all not exactly the same. you have a 'warm' kitchen, you need a 'warm' counter. anything that reads mostly gray, more than likely, will be cool and will not work. as others have suggested: pick your counter first, then B/S. and only one should be the star. also, are you keeping the 4" b/s? if so, normally, you do not need a tile b/s. i do agree with you, i would not love that granite. you can re-use in a powder room, make table/end tables/ outdoor side table etc to reuse it....See MoreWhat would you put in this table? Comments (11)What does back side look like? Since it looks like it matches dining table in background, it likely matches your furnishings. What would you have for a table if not this piece? If that’s a family room, seems like a convenient place to stash a few games and puzzles away when not in use. It’s too low for a display of treasures I think & I’d also want to keep it uncluttered looking so no magazines etc. Books maybe....See MoreWhat color barstools would you put in this kitchen?!
Comments (4)Without seeing the rest of the space or knowing the type of chair/style you prefer, there are plenty of options. You should consider if you want the chairs to blend in harmoniously or pop out visually. Do you prefer high backed, low backed, no back for the space? Without seeing more of the area or knowing your styles, here's some I'd look at....See MoreJeannine
