I have the same problem, but I can't wiggle it AT ALL. I've run a small crowbar all around the space between the dishwasher and the cabinets/countertop, nothing seems to be holding it in place. I've turned the front feet so that they are actually off the floor completely by a good half inch. (flooring was installed up to the unit, so lifting it up and over the flooring is job #2.) Water line disconnected, lots of play in drain line, wires disconnected, upper two screws attaching it to the countertop removed, no glue holding it to the countertop (I saw installation), no side screws (I saw the two side screw covers, no screws coming out). At this point I'm going back to the suggestion about the tile not going all the way back, but in my case I think there might be a hole in the floor and one of the back feet is on the edge or otherwise stuck. That's all I can come up with. I'm going to try to find my crowbar, but this is looking harder and harder, especially with the flooring lip I'm going to have to contend with. NO WIGGLE OF ANY KIND even though I can run a small flat crowbar all the way around and the front feet aren't even touching the floor. It won't tilt, jiggle, move backwards or frontwards, or anything. At least I was able to find the water line and shut it off, which somehow fed into the basement and the shutoff valve was behind some insulation in the basement ceiling. I started this project by turning off the water to the house, thinking I'd be going without water for maybe two hours at the most . . .

I would put a cherry wood overmantel, and then a narrow length of trim down the left side of the fireplace, and cap the entire width with the same crown moulding at the same height that the cabinet is now, so that it looks like one total piece with the fireplace as a part of the whole built in. I would not paint anything, and I would leave the arch as it is over the fireplace - it adds some interest and breaks up all the rectangles in the area. I would take the clock down and instead mount a decorative dark iron piece there that compliments the hardware on the cabinet. I would not rely on drapery to try and balance the area - it won't have the same visual weight even if you could come close to the color. For sure I would pull the couch on the left into the seating area, and get an area rug to define that part of the space so that the eye is centered on the cabinet/fireplace part of the wall. If one of the seating pieces is wider, I would have that one be the one facing the fireplace. I am sure you have yet to add end tables and lamps, since you only have task lighting there at the moment, but I would wait to decide on the end tables until you have the seating in place. The overall feel of the space is fresh and clean, and the colors work well. What are you planning for an accent color?

It looks like you have corian or swanstone or one of those plastic surfaces. The heaving looks like water damage to the substrate (generally plywood, but could be particle board). This type of counter is pretty thin - like 3/8" - and the substrate holds it straight. I would bet on the sealant around the sink edges leaking. If the sink is an American Standard Americast, it's possible for the porcelain layer to separate from the plastic base material and leak that way. You might or might not also have some damage to the top of the sink base. If your money stretches, you might consider changing to an undermount sink while you're at it. Since you like some uniformity, you might like quartz. Caeserstone, Silestone, Cambria and Zodiac are some nationwide brands but there are regional makers too. I am in Virginia with very humid Summers and moderate winters with some snow. The suggestion to contact tectum representative is great. I didn't think of that until Greg mentioned it. I see if I find out where they are. Right now I am thinking about rigid foam over the roof if the tectum can hold that. I am also thinking about some serious water shield over the tectum below insulation and just let the tectum breath to the inside. It is cheaper but I am afraid to insulate the roof from inside with closed cell foam.
