If the grape vines are producing grapes, you're going to have lots of wasps and such! Especially if some of the grapes fall to the ground and get mashed underfoot, releasing sweet juice to attract them! I'd suggest either getting rid of them entirely or, if she has a large lot, put them very far away where she can stay away from them when they are fruiting.

And lastly, this is actually on my Healthier vine. >> I think I wasn't watering them enough when it started warming up and only really started watering them every two days about a month ago so this could be an older leaf from that. But just putting this here in case it can help>

I grow a few varieties of grapes but not sure I would call myself an expert. From your pictures, it looks like you have one or more fungal infections on your grapes. The treatment is essentially the same if it is black rot, downy mildew, phomopsis cane, etc. At the end of the season, you'll need to prune off the infected canes, clean up around the vines, and make sure that there are no infected grapes laying around. Start the vine on a spray program next year and it should clear up. My vines looked worse last year but this year I followed the spray program and they are nearly perfect.
