I think you're talking about Adblock plus and Easylist. Are you using Firefox? Chrome? Internet Explorer? Tell us what browser you use and someone can give specific instructions.

I learned the basics of Irfanview in 2 hrs. - cropping, resizing, color adj. You can embed a title in a pic., change a .gif or .png to .jpg, change an image to grey tones, set up a slide show, blur/sharpen, and much more. And it's fast. If I have to clone I reluctantly use Photoshop Elements. When I compared the results of a photo sharpened with Elements with one by Irfanview, I preferred the Irfan. Photofiltre is also freeware.
