No. Maybe they'll be adding more though? I did find "bold" and "italic" tool bar buttons hidden in the edit box. Unhidden they look like this:

Text size, underline, ??? I would say maybe later but then again, Houzz has been around awhile and didn't have it before so maybe not. :(

Videos are nice though.

<u></u> was 'degraded' in HTML4. Then it was 'revived' in HTML5 but I cannot make it work here. Somehow related to CSS.

(My next tinkering will be trying to get a degree sign to work.)
