help final decision on quartz pls
Comments (2)Sorry to clarify. I was typing abs realized I don’t make sense lol. First option is the montauk ivory cabinets warm White montauk counter and splash. First two pics .. now this quartz is typically pricier but I’m able to get this as a good deal. Or Keep the splash and just use a creamier quartz like the last two pics... Cheaper option Thanks!...See MoreHelp with final Kitchen decisions!
Comments (8)Why that color for hardware ? IMO there are many good quailty stainless faucets on the market but I need to see your other choices I hate to say this but wall color is always along with backsplash last choices and you should have gone with an indepedant KD not a cabinet salesperson . Now your KD should be helping with the faucet choices since they are the ones who know the other choices. I happen to like hardware and faucets to work together and you will need to choose backsplash since IMO that gets chosen even before hardware and quartz IMO is not a good choice for backsplash behind the range or for that matter the counter ....See Morewall decision: Art-sconce-blank
Comments (22)Such a beautiful room! The extra pictures of the room help — yes, I’d take time looking for art you love. As for window treatments, if you decide you want them, I think any of these would work: simple roller shades, tailored or relaxed Roman shades, wood shutters, or cafe shutters. Ignore the specific art, not suggesting these, just grabbed them to use for placement suggestions: Ignore the curtains in these rooms, just showing for the shutters in one and Roman shades in other. Anything you do, I’d install them inside mount. Ignore the woven shades, showing for the cafe shutters: I’m sorry, these are not the best examples, my iPad is acting up, so I grabbed what I could. My preference would be cafe shutters … they’re classically elegant, wouldn’t hide the beautiful greenery outside, are easy to work with, fit the style of your house, are easy to add other treatments with them if you’d like, and would give enough privacy at night (I think). They’re usually good investments, too, when it comes to resale. ETA: Forgot this one: Yours look lovely as is, but all the black holes and reflections at night would bother me. And I like the layers and interest WTs bring in, even simple/minimal ones....See MoreHelp! Please! Final decisions.
Comments (4)I think either tile would look beautiful, but the darker one on the left is more dramatic. What color you paint the area between the towers on the buffet would depend on what the artwork looks like. I'd want something that would be a high contrast between the background and the artwork. So if the artwork is light, paint it cyberspace, if dark, keep it agreeable gray. The area to the left of the buffet doesn't really need anything. Leave it be for the time being, and see whether you need something there in the future....See MoreYayagal
