Strange that Youtube defaults to giving you iframe embed code now days. Surely they can't expect it to be postable hardly anywhere except your own domain?

I "think" the Firefox extension YouTube High Definition 35.3 was causing the problem.

BTW, I still have to hit cancel to dismiss the "Insert Video" dialogue though. "Submit" is not active until the "Insert Video" dialogue is goes away and it doesn't go away until I click "Cancel". I had just assumed it was designed that way. I reckon it doesn't matter. :)

I posted a video of a singing skeleton and it's easy to do. This is hilarious!

Do you use Firefox?

What resolution is your screen? The reason I ask is because I styled for my 1080p screen, then went to bed and turned on my lower resolution bedroom computer to find it didn't display very well. I attempted to modify it to work there too and I think it's okay but it's very much untested. Sorta "beta" I suppose. :)

Hmm, I wonder if there's a difference between firefox and chrome, chuggerguy. I use chrome and I have to hit "insert" in order to add the video. If I hit cancel, it dismisses it.

The steps I use:

Click the video button.

Add video url.

Hit insert.

Hit submit to add the post.

I have no idea. Truthfully, I think sometimes it works for me the way it works for you. Usually though, I need to click "Cancel".

I'm too lazy to fire up Windows and see how it behaves in a Windows Firefox build.

I guess that worst case, I have one extra step between "Hit insert" and "Hit submit to add the post". That being "Click Cancel" .

No biggie. It's still a nice feature.

At Cedar Point, Maverick( the one above), Millennium Force and Top Thrill Dragster were the ones I went for.

At Kings Island, it was Diamondback and The Beast.

Florida has much better weather, Ohio has much better coasters.

Not that I go any more.
