Comments (12)I never heard about them providing an energy burst nor have I noticed any change in my energy level. I take them for the fiber and Omega-3 fatty acids. Don't forget that 1 tablespoon has about 60 calories. Every calorie counts so you might have to adjust elsewhere if you're now adding an additional 60 calories to your daily diet. Oh, and I meant to say I get it. I need to eat better, exercise more, go on a diet. This is the funniest thing you ever wrote!
