I have the GE Cafe Gas Range and have been only using it for about 2 weeks now. I really love it. I use Magic Stainless Steel Spray when I am done cooking and my top stays so nice. But then again, I have had the range for only a short time. I also love the recirculating fan hood Zephyr that I bought that really takes out the odors and so far it is nice for not be venting. I know a few others with GE ranges that owned them for many years and are happy so If felt comfortable getting a GE Range knowing each appliance had their bad and good points. But just in case there was a problem, I added the 5 year extended warranty so I would have my range fixed right away. My second choice was the NXR but it did not have self-cleaning and I decided that was a feature I did not want to be without even if I only use it a few times a year.

We had a Cafe dishwasher and loved it. VERY VERY QUIET. Went with Miele when we did the kitchen over and to be honest it is about the same only cost more.

Hi Kayla - overall I like the dual fuel range. My husband loves the digital meat thermometer that came with it and we've made the best prime rib roasts since we've gotten this oven. The pre-heat does take awhile but we've gotten used to it. I've made cookies and they turn out great. We have also started using the lower oven more if we're baking something in a shallow dish, frozen garlic bread, rolls and etc. because it doesn't take as long to heat up. We've used the griddle to make sandwiches and pancakes and I'm happy with how that works and the easy clean up. I would say the stove top is easy to scratch if you aren't careful when you clean around the burners. Make sure you lift the grates up, off and set aside to clean and not just lift the front of the grates so you can wipe underneath. You'll scratch the little raised lip on the back of the stove top with the burner grates. I'm still not crazy about the overall height of the stove top but that's not really a fault. My husband on the other hand (6'2" tall) LOVES the dual range and all of it's features. He would highly recommend it to everyone. I like it. We also bought the matching over the range microwave. We bought it because you can bake in it and I thought we would really use that feature a lot but have found it takes a really long time to pre-heat the oven feature of the microwave and you have to use this little round raised baking rack which I have very few dishes that will fit, actually none now that I think about it. I thought it would be more like my old toaster/convection oven that sat on my counter top and it's really not at all. For the most part we just use the microwave to re-heat and warm things. I am getting rid of a GE Cafe counter depth fridge in this size. I love the way it looks, but make sure that whatever you get has TWO cooling controls. Mine is going on 8 years old and it only has one cooling control, which means the cold air from the freezer is pumped into the fridge and any veggies will freeze if they are too close to the back of the fridge. The only safe place for a salad is in the door. I've turned the temp up in the fridge to 39F and still ... frozen celery, carrots, etc. The GE stainless steel is easy to clean and it stays clean looking. I'd go with the Bosch if it were me, love the look of those in the showrooms but I don't love their standard depth options (you have to get ice/water in the door, which I do not want). So, if the GE now has two separate cooling zones then I would get GE again. Aside from destroying produce I do love it, it's super pretty and the ice maker was a strong performer.
