Orchid identification and potting question

Hello, I am new to orchids (although I have been gardening for years), and I bought one on a whim at the 7-11 a few months back. I thought I should repot it before the next growing season. I don't know what it is called, but the psuedobulbs look like oncidium. This is a picture of the flower. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is? Also, I repotted it today in a standard clay pot (one hole at the bottom), in a mix of 2/1/1 medium bark/sphagnum peat moss/ sphagnum moss. Is this an okay potting situation as long as I let it dry out? Thanks so much!
