Comments (5)It says it's an engineered product, which isn't a bad thing. Engineered wood is pieced together and then will have a more attractive veneer top layer. Engineered wood tends to be harder and more stable and can stand up well to harsh and fluctuating weather conditions. I don't think that particular door is the right look on your elevation. It reads more Italian Tuscan to me. Comments (11)Yes. Both. I also just like having the separate entry so I didn't want to get rid of it. It has glass all on one side so that's why the door connected to the internal would need to be an external door in case someone breaks in to slow/deter them. That glass also makes it nice to sit in like a sunroom. But the external 2 will be where we actually answer the door and I need a security door because we're in a rough neighbourhood and I'd rather talk to strangers with the security door inbetween...See MoreLights by the front door...what color metal should they match?
Comments (2)Thanks! That's what I was thinking, too, but very unsure. What about the doorbell plate? And shall I change out the threshold, it's currently Silver. The hinges are already Bronze like the door, and the door latch and plate are Silver...thoughts? THANKS!...See Moretrinkette1
