Internet banking is Internet Banking. Using a secure tablet or smartphone is the same as using a PC. Passwords and Virus protection are essential for all. Using the bank's app to access your accounts is another layer of protection. I have often wondered what phones are really worth. It seems incredible that they can charge that much and millions of people will stand in line to pay it, but they are rather remarkable tools. What used to be the size of a show box and plugged into your car and could call across town now fits in the palm of your hand, can call the far side of the globe and well as send text messages or emails anywhere on the globe, take better photos than were possible with typical digital cameras just a few years ago, search the web for a restaurant, change your plane reservation and plan your trip to both, play music for your ride and so much more. What was a frivilous and arrogant luxury is now a necessity. And the technology keeps moving so fast that it creates constant need. If we stopped buying them every year or two ( I suspect the average of all users is less than or at least not more than two years), then a slack in demand might bring the price down. But does anyone see that happening anytime soon? It is possible. I mean, how much more do we need in the palm of our hands, really? But not likely. I'm sure they are already working on the next carrots to be dangled in front of us and how to convince about half of us that we half to have it. What else can you think of that gets replaced by half of it's owners every year? As long as demand keeps up and technology keeps changing, I don't see prices going down. So what is this portable mini-computer, telephone, camera, and wireless connection to the world that, aside from the amount of data storage, does more than my laptop actually worth? Hellifino. ETA: If you keep a phone for two years, the cost is less than a dollar a day. Most folks spend more than that on coffee, soda or bottled water. Or a working water fountain, for that matter?

Here is the list of tomato plants I transplanted into containers; (most only have one plant, but some of the containers had 2 or 3 plants growing together, so I just transplanted the whole thing and will remove the smaller plants as needed before they start putting on too many blooms. The few squash plants I have keep putting out blooms every day): Chocolate Stripes Dark Shekel George Detsika’s Italian Red Dark Star Pink Ping Pong (2) Hungarian Heart (2) Angora Super Sweet (2) Honeycomb Mortgage Lifter Giant Belgium (2) Black Cherry (2) Sweet Tangerine (2) Classic Beefsteak Black Beauty (2) Creole (22 containers used)-these were just the tallest tomato plants now. I have maybe 30 or so more 3 and 4 inch containers with tomato plants.

My phone finally arrived on Oct. 26. In the meantime, the exact same phone became available in several Apple stores, but I could wait a few days for it. I like it and am learning the new features. Its such a luxury to have enough memory to download my apps. My son helped me transfer from my old phone to new, so I didnt have to go to the dreaded Apple store. I like the size. It took me a few days to get accustomed to the slightly heavier weight. Oh, and UPS tossed the box on a bench by my front door, no signature. I kept an eye on it via my doorbell cam until I got home.
