hi, i love spider plants. some people just dont get it because they arent very colorful and showy (my husband being one of those typed that dont get it) anyways, i used to have a nice collection of plants but then we had to vacate our home fairly quickly and i lost most of my plants in the move. im looking on here for anyone who would be willing to share some babies off their plants so that i could get back to collecting? im hoping for it to be possibly considered a gift from one plant lover to another because i dont have much to offer in return but if need be i will offer to crochet a plant hanger for you. ive just started making my own plant hangers, and i dont know how to do macrame yet but i can crochet and they are turning out pretty nice. i hope that i can start my collection back up, i live on a very limited budget because im a stay at home mom so i cant go out and buy what i want, and this would make my day to be able to have lots of plants again. thank you.

Bindweed is nasty and makes my blood boil. As a farmer I have become very dissatisfied with all the chemicals we use and even then we do not eradicate, only temporarily control. There should be holistic, natural ways to deal with this. Older farmers tell me they used salt to sterilize the soil. Chemicals can sterilize and do this. Of course we want to grow things, not kill them and look at bare ground. I also seen a study that said copper could do this. I would like to put some copper or salt 2 foot down into the soil through a pipe to see if that would work. This is where the roots could absorb this. Do roots need a surfactant like we use when we spray the leaves with chemicals? We have to kill the roots. Any suggestions? Desperate farmer

I get going up and down trying to pick out a favorite bloom, and I can not pick just one.They are all so beautiful, with each one being prettier then the last.Then I get to the flower beds and they are all simply gorgeous. Yes that is a typo. The face plate of the brain was marked 2002 with a black marker but the metal plate holding it in place was [heat] stamped 2007. Sorry about the typo. I read about implied warranties, Thx. Here is what it says on the bottom of my bill of sale: "WARRANTIES SELLER DISCLAIMS. There are no implied warranties or merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranties implied by the seller, covering the products sold pursuant to the Sales Agreement." Nothing is marked AS IS either. But I guess these legal words above mean 'as is.' It seems that ordinary people buy these spas, why would they put a mumbo jumbo legal term in there. Both of us have extensive business educations but neither of us have ever had these terms in any of our under grad or graduate Business Law classes. Hmm. Seems odd to me. Well we dont want scrap we want the brand new model, if this is what it means to buy a used spa. I dont want somebody else's trash, I really thought I stumbled on a good deal, especially when they upgraded the warranty to 5 yrs. It's a Calspa by the way.
