Soil Test Report questions-please help.

Hello all you kind folks on this site. I have received my soil report on my raised beds, and one for my native soil. The raised bed report is a little weird as I only turned the soil 18 inches deep and added bags of mostly organic topsoil and compost/manure. Any fertilizer was the organic Espoma which is @ 3-2-2. I did not lime either sample. I grew cukes in this bed, and then broccoli. Any idea of what would be best now? The recommendation is 10-10-10 which I would have to make from recipe, but given the values, could I just omit one part of recipe? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. The native soil is typical of Richmond Va-topsoil with clay underneath.
