I hope you all have a happy holiday. Whatever holiday you celebrate.
We have already celebrated our Christmas on the 23 and the 24th. DD and GS came and celebrated with us. We had a traditional (family) Christmas. The tree, food, presents, especially the home made presents. DGS (age 8) fixed air popcorn all by him self, it was delicious, DD made some Norwegian cookies, luv those. They spent the night, and went on to celebrate with family members on the father's side of the family.
Then hey will go home for and celebrate Christmas in their own house.

West gardener, your family celebration sounded very nice. Good for your grandson for making air popcorn all by himself. The Norwegian cookies sounded good, too. Glad you all were together.

DH and I are watching the news and it's already Christmas in other parts of the world. Again, Happy Holidays and Merry Chistmas to everyone.

Merry Christmas and may you have found the present you wanted right under the tree.
It's going to be a quit day today, just husband and me and the cat. Yesterday evening was a different story. Traditional Christmas Eve with the family and giftopening. Now they are all home and celebrate with the other side of the family.

I ordered a new lens for my camera and informed the missus that she 'bought' it for me. She ordered a new IPod and informed me that I 'bought' it for her. Just the two of us.

Hope everyone had a safe and Merry Christmas. DH said the best Christmas present he could be given was making it home alive late Christmas Eve. He was really afraid he would never see Texas and home again. Will update on what all happened in next day or so.

Has anyone heard from Janis, or George and Leone?

gmatx, glad to see that DH made it home for Christmas. I bet that was a great relief to see DH. Somehow, I want to play, "I'll be home for Christmas".

Lilo, is your cat playing" I am the present"? Mine is of the opinion that the red tree skirt is just the right contrast to her black fur.

Hqppy holidays! It's just now slowing down, some. There is always a lot going on, but this year, add to it, mom fell and broke her nose and I'm working parking. I hope it's all back to normal on Monday. Best wishes for you and yours!

Robb, sorry to hear about your Mom's accident; that must be painful and very uncomfortable, too.

As much as time off from work is appreciated, sometimes the routiness of a work schedule is desired. Back to work, tomorrow, for you, Robb! :>)
