This is a note to Pam (TwoBigDogs)......did you read this trilogy yet?
He sure has a wonderful way of writing. It's like sitting down with a good old friend.
The only part that was a real "two tissue" moment for me was the end of the third book.
Sigh.
Now I MUST get the other trilogy about his cottage.
Unfortunately I only want the original older copies so it might take some time to get them.
He is certainly a close second to my very favorite author....Elizabeth Von Arnim!!
