Thank you for saving the saddest looking one of the bunch i do the same thing when i buy plants, it's a better reward and feeling when they recover and do well. I'm thinking the bottom leaves are prob goners but you never really know, y best bet is to either wait itor prune back the dead leaves. Good luck

You moved it indoors. No matter how bright it is indoors, it's far less bright than outdoors. The plant will drop it leaves and develop new ones adapted to the lower light levels. If you remove the branches, you will further stress the plant. Leave them be.

I don't think leaving them in the dark for two weeks is a good idea. you could cut back the light cycle to conserve water, but that may send the plants into bloom. if you have somebody who's going to be watching the house, just have them top it off with water. Not the best, but better than dead plants. you could rig up a second water / nute tank, that combined, the whole system will have enough fluid until you get back. the image below is a schematic of how it works. just make sure the line from the reserve tank to the primary reservoir isn't too small. I'd say no less than 1/2"

Thanks to everyone who took the time to help me! I ended up getting everything stabilized and they are mostly back to normal. I had a few things which all contributed to the edema issue and then a period of over watering after transplant. As I said, the big closet they are in gets pretty warm and humid due to the door being shut to keep the cats out. I had a fan on them and with the furnace running, it was keeping the room cooler and keeping the humidity down. After transplant, I did a heavy watering. For the next 5 days, I didn't run the fan and it has been warming here, so the furnace hasn't been circulating the air to keep the room cool and to remove the humidity. I think this caused the edema and the lack of water evaporation which caused the wilted leaves from the wet potting soil. After I figured this all out, they all stabilized and are looking much better. With the nicer weather, time for them to start transitioning outside. Still 4 weeks to go. Next year, I will be waiting 4 more weeks to start the seeds. They are getting too big, but I had spring fever. :)
