HELP!!!!! Diseased Tomato Plants

While June was very dry and warm; we here in Mons have had three weeks of coolish, rainy weather.

I went out to my vegetable patch this morning and noticed that (overnight, it seems) two of my ten tomato plants are exhibiting signs of either a bacterial or viral infection.

The leaves, stems are turning black, and some fruit has begun to rot.

In the States, I'd know where to turn and what to buy (Daconil) to try to combat the spread of the disease.

Here, I'm a little lost. So, if anyone can direct me to a product that's readily available on the Continent, I'd greatly appreciate it.

PS. My beans are exhibiting powdery mildew, if you can believe that.

Thanks in advance for any and all advice.
