Who has an accurate world view?

Which author has the most accurate world view?

By that, I mean who sees "the way things really are" the clearest.

On the one extreme, we get somebody like Thomas Hardy-- I do not accept his worldview. There is more kindness in the world, more rhyme and reason to the way things unfolds. He makes the reader think he's describing reality honestly because he addresses dark topics, but in the end, I don't think his description is honest.

Maybe Jan Karon is the opposite extreme. She is to writing what Thomas Kinkaid is to art.

In the non-supernatural parts of Stephen King's novels I find what seems (to me) to be a pretty accurate view of reality. There's good and bad.

What think ye?
