Thanks binaatthelake, I can't wait for the weather to warm up and I can get back to it..I already have an extension planned. Above ground pond connecting to the existing in-ground pond via a stream w/a bridge over it..DH is ready to kill me, lol. Don't know why he's complaining, I do all the work..he just forks over the money, lol.

Hi irish ny..........Here's what I do to post a pic from photobucket: Go to the thumbnail of it on Photobucket It gives you choices of how to send something. I click on the IMG code, then go to the browser toolbar and click on "Edit", then click on "copy". Then go to the place on the forum where you want the pic, and then click on "Edit" again, but this time click on "paste". Review it and then submit. See if that works for you. Make sure your Photobucket is set up to only show the pics you want to show, otherwise it will give anyone access to all your pics. Keep trying. You'll get it!

chas045, I tried to count them last fall ( in groups of 10 to make it easier to keep track of)when I was taking buckets of them to the pools in the basement. This spring I lost a few due to me not paying attention and some got caught in the filter and died. They had babies again this year but I cut back on feeding and the little baby ones from last year took care of the new babies of this year, almost like nature would.. I have 2 females ond 3 males golfish and of course all the babies which are getting big now to, I should of listened to my husband when he said no fish (lol) it sure would be alot less work, time and money oh well.... Fish (shaking head), I never knew what sex machines they were untill I built my first pond last year... Added comets 2 weeks later and had baby comets 2 weeks after that... They don't waste any time. But really, what else is there to do in a pond? I mean you can only eat so much LOL Cute babies groundbeef!!Keep us posted on how they do. It is exciting to watch them grow and see what they end up looking like.
