Thanks, Gaalan! I spent hours last night trying to google descriptions of the camellia to figure out what it was so I would know how to care for it but had no luck. Then today I came across this forum. :-) Rhizo_1 - It receives a few hours of afternoon sunlight. The shape of our house protects it from direct sunlight for the most part. It seems to be doing ok. ???Granted, we just moved in about two months ago so we'll see.

Thanks! Are they always going to be orange flowers? Google has multicolored ones pictures, but are mine just orange? Not sure if the picture is big or clear enough, but worth a shot, any ideas on these other three around it?

Yes, its Acer palmatum - the winged seed pod gives it away Ted

Here it is a year later and I just now found this flower again at our local market. It is a dwarf Delphinium (star variety). Love this plant!!!! Just bought several.
