What kind of tree?

I saw at "Mount Coot-tha botanical garden" a splendid tree, flowering now (large head of yellow flower like pompom),branches in zig zag, with two spines at each angle, leaves bipinnates, like a leguminosae, and at the base was written"Phyllanthus sellowiana"....

Investigations done,in fact it is not a Phyllanthus Sellowiana!

I would be grateful,if someone one could help me to indentify this tree!

P.S The same question as been posted to Mont coot-tha botanical garden, without response...

Many thanks in advance

phil
