Above pic. is Chicago Peace. They SHOULD NOT HAD put sulfur granules early summer. Peace does not like it acidic. Plus the calcium in the sulfur bleach out the bloom. Previous post I stated "gypsum" but I double-check spring pics. and it's sulfur, white granules that the park used, rather than gypsum (grayish granules). Gypsum has 17% sulfur, and more calcium, with pH 6.8. Encap® Fast ActingTM Sulfur GUARANTEED ANALYSIS Calcium (Ca)………………………………………………………………………………………..11.0% Sulfur (S)……………………………………………………………………………………………..49.0% Below is Double-Delight. They SHOULD NOT HAD put sulfur granules on this ... also likes alkaline. The park has a hired crew applying the same to every roses, without realizing that roses are different from each other.

... I see a car winding up the driveway Up to your parents' place The old man looks up from his raking As the color drains from your mama's face Cryin' softly by the window now While your daddy shakes the soldiers hands Their taillights disappear into the woods below He's frozen in the doorway where he stands In the twilight, in the silent snow ...

I think that if nuclear is possible with Putin, then the sooner he is stopped, the better. If he doesn't use it earlier, then he will use it later. If he is capable of using it, then he will use it - then it becomes a matter of time. The alternative is that he will never use it, and we do not know that. I think you can compare him to Stalin and draw your own conclusions: WWSD? The link in the OP does not work for me - perhaps because I am not in Canada.

Everyone may be way ahead of me, I'm not concerned about that. If you glance above at my comment that began this thread, I said that I believe I don't completely understand some of the puzzle parts involved with this time in American history and how they may or may not fit together. Some of the earlier comments and the information I found while pursuing what was said I think have brought me more clarity. I have a light interest in history, more than none and less than a lot. But not an interest in light history. I think most of us have had too much fluff. This becomes apparent when more balanced insights regarding important matters and issues are encountered. Those that, as in this example, make it clear that something as simple as the Great Emancipator label put on Lincoln is historically misleading and probably incorrect. And that the common understanding of the Emancipation Proclamation is inaccurate. The label is something that Lincoln himself would likely reject (not out of modesty but integrity) and point out to be in error.
