Is it along the lines of The Lost Painting?

UK journalist Matthew Hart. It is the true crime telling of a crime of a painting in Ireland. From what I heard the father stole the painting, and then years later the son stole it from the same museum. Im not certain. I do know it is about the underworld of drug dealers stealing multi million dollar paintings from musuems and then holdig them ransom for drug money. I can not find much on it. Amazon readers panned it, because of the writing. I think the story is probably a great one and I overheard a clerk at a popular bookstore talking about it. I loved The Eight by Katherine Neville, and liked all of Dan Browns books. I like the mysteries that run the ages and have a bit of truth in the thread. What is the Lost Painting about?
