I have a current question, I bought numerous different citrus trees to grow in containers this year. All but the finger lime and the yuzu have at least flowered so far this spring and summer. Do finger limes take longer than average to mature? It is about 3 feet tall and has a decent canopy so I would have expected some flowers at least. Thanks in advance!

Yes, those are flower buds. Most of the Fingerlimes sold here in California have small purple fruits at maturity. Patty S.

I think there are so many varieties out there but since even Logees changed the add, I doubt this little tree is a finger lime but just red lime with more ornamental value. Looking forward to hear how the others will taste when they get ripe.

Has anybody ordered an Australian Finger Lime from Four Winds Nursery? More specifically a premium. A friend of mine received one and it looks like it was pollardized. I hope that is the correct term. The graft is also at the top. Just wondering if this is the norm for FW. My friend is not very happy with the tree at this time because the box was damaged during transit, the roots and soil came out of the pot, and to make things worse, it was snowing and all the new growth is dying back.
