this year must be good for bandi breeding.. they really are digging up our lawn.
every nite the little vgyhiytrdfhm are out there sinking their noses into the grass.
i really dont mind having them around,,, they are great in moderation ,,,but does anyone have any ideas on keeping them off the grass. its nothing to go out in the am and fill 50 holes..
Thats a bit like saying how lucky you would be to have elephants in your kitchen.... because bandicoots are not subtle...they can trash a garden very quickly and they dig tunnels everywhere eat things out by the roots You need to get a trap and relocate them (many miles away) A light at night would be ...expensive to run ....have detremntal effects on your plants (some like lettuces will actually grow in reverse if they are affected by street lights etc)...and ulimately have no deterent effect at all because hunger defeats fear...then they would adapt (once they knew they were not going to be attacked by a sleeping you cheers Peter
