Very cool. It's funny to me that my borage is blooming now, all the way down here, at the same time yours is. Last year was the first time I tried borage, but I got confused and though it might be a radish, so I pulled it up before it bloomed. The plant was huge and so happy, I'm sad the blooms I missed. newbie mistake. For that area, have you thought about a fruit tree. I have no idea what might grow up there, but these days they've got such versatile varieties. Maybe a peach?

i realize this post is old but okra is one of my favorites. will you tell me a little about it? size prickley or not. i kave some okra that i have had for 25 years that i got from og seed exchange. the okra had been in his neighbour family for generations.it fits the description of "star of david" somewhat. happy gardening lori
