The tree (I'm not sure of its name) has been in poor condition ever since I moved to a place with a sunless balcony 2 months ago. Otherwise it thrived previously. It was very green and had many more leaves.

I've had it since it was a sapling.

I'm looking to swap it for any plant that is suitable to the low-light and wet conditions at my place.

I don't drive. So the swap has to happen at my place.
