Waterhousia floribunda (Weeping Lilly Pilly)

Hi, We have been searching and searching for 3 metre high- plus - screening trees (planting at this height to start) - with a max height of 5 - 6 m when mature. We have found a supplier of Eumunbii quondon (I think!), which sound ideal, but are $935 each with $2K delivery! More cost effective is another supplier with Waterhousia floribunda, A LOT CHEAPER - however I have read they are/are not invasive (which is it?), also they grow 8-20m so will need pruning at least once a year, which maybe a problem. Can anyone advise on the Waterhousia floribunda and its root system - also is there way of restricting them to keep them around 6metres? Any advice gratefully received - thanks.
