WOW Pee Wee looks wonderful - I lost mine just after I was able to save him from a disastrous center breakage from a Winter of 36" snow piled up on him. He was so alive & put out beautiful clusters ~ it was his second season ~ sigh! It wasn't the breakage that caused his demise, he mended well. It was the wet feet from the down spout - as he was at the bottom of a slope ~ Oakleaf Hs hate wet feet! My Alice is indeed getting huge (planted in '07) My Snow Queen is staying manageable as far as spread but perhaps will be tall. She was a victim of bunny muncher as a 1 gal planted in '08. Now just 3 ft tall & has tons of new branches at the base & known for more up-right growth habit than Alice. I think you'll be happy w/ Pee Wee!

Can you tell me if you ever got the problem fixed and how? My TV just started doing the same thing, tun it on and 4 seconds later you hear a click then no picture and no sound but red light next to power butten would still be on.

Hyped & Marie- Mahoney's still has a decent amount of Bobos left- I bought two but am rethinking that perhaps I should get one more while I can. What is your suggested spacing- I know it says 4' but is that two far? Many thanks

> under a large holly Sounds like yours is getting more shade than mine, Luis... mine is actually in an almost full-sun location (depending on the time of the year it may be real full-sun). After I planted it several years ago I wondered if it might be a wrong spot. But the girl (think it's a she) doesn't seem to care, just eating sunlight and growing large. But it probably works okay because of where I live. I suspect your Pee Wee might melt in the scorching sun in Texas! Yes, definitely, fall brings another enjoyable thing with this hydrangea. Already looking forward to it. :-)
