Hi Michelle, Iam using the Canon 20D with the 17-85mm Lens yes it is a great camera a little heavy for me.
And takes wonderful sharp pics, mind you some of the flower feathering is like that especially that Hibiscus.
Also after two months the tear in my rotator cuff is starting to feel a little better.
So now I can move my arm and shoulder a little more and the pics are more in focus.
I should have taken that spider/bee pic with my macro lens it would have came out clearer.
I am still learning this camera Michelle and I have a long way to go yet..And Thanks..Cheers..MM.

I got this great book from the library at long last, I have had it on order for seven months.
Its a new one about DSLR's, not a great lot around here about them yet.

I just love Frangipanni, they give the garden a lovely fragrance as you walk past them.
Do you have the evergreen one, Plumeria obtusum ?
It flowers all year round and keeps most of it;s leaves.

Finally your pink frangi is flowering, what a delicate shade of pink. I want to get some for my current garden but they aren't in the nurseries down here yet as its still too cold. Beautiful pics, MM.

Great frangis, MM. The Fruit Salads seem to come in a variety of shades from ones with more yellow to ones with more pink - all very pretty though. Love the pink, I'm waiting for a darker pink to flower, I was given a small piece last autumn so may be waiting a while. Good photo of the spider and bee and the hibiscus photo is so clear.

MM: You give me more credit than is due. I really don't know a lot about photography, I'm still learning and to be honest it's a struggle for me, I don't remember things too well these days. :-)

Hi MM. I have those frangipannis flowering around the property - I think they were flowering when you were here. Do you know the best time to take cuttings? The one near the driveway/carport will probably go when the builders are here in Mar. Daniel

Hi Daniel When was I there as those cuttings you gave me for all the Melb Family well I kept a couple for myself and one has flowered recently I think it was March / May anyway late summer and autumn is supposed to be the best time , me well I take them anytime. I will start you some cuttings from mine next autumn if you like, let me know what you want.
This pic is from your one near the car port its only about 60cms tall but still managed to flower already it is a darker colour than the one I have up top.,...Cheers..MM.

Yep, that's the one. It is almost on the building line of the new garage so it will probably have to go. I thought I would drop it myself before they get here and make many, many cuttings, for me and for others if they would like them.
I shall have to look up how to take the cuttings because I think you have to let them lay around a few days???

I wonder if the main trunk would transplant or whether the roots would go forever...possibly under the driveway. Daniel
