I think everything mentioned in here is pretty much all there is. Rutabaga also gets planted in around June and gets harvested around October/November. There is a variety of Cabbage I bought that will be planted in June. It's called, January King. It matures around January I think, and you can harvest it all through the winter up until the Spring. So if you plant a couple every week in June to July, you should be able to get fresh Cabbage all the way until it's time to plant them again!

In case of scorzonera (german:Schwarzwurzel) - If you have decent snow cover or cover the plants with some straw/fallen leaves etc. the roots can be harvested through the whole winter. Just dig the roots up when there is no bad frost. Just prevent them from severe frost. We in Germany have some clear cold nights with temperatures down to -20 or -25°C but usually have good snow cover. Clear frost that deep can really do damage and are feared. I have yet to hear about ruined scorzoneras though. So you should be fine with harvesting them from october to march. This spring I had a lot of long thick roots this march (we had a long and quite cold winter here) and this year's plant look very good (hope the mice won't notice)! BTW I love scorzonera (Schwarzwurzeln), but I am aware of their side effect (that would not deter me from eating lots). Michael who is is fed up with 6 weeks of cold and rain!

Carrots, beets, radishes, turnips, salsify, scorzonera, garlic, potatoes, leeks, cabbage, kale, lacinato kale, pak choi, tatsoi, mizuna, mustard, collard greens, runner beans, snow peas, English peas, cauliflower, fava beans, cool-tolerant tomatoes. And succession planting every two weeks should extend your harvest (and planting fun). That should keep you busy!
