Yes, that tree is very cool and it has great variegation. Is this tree on your property? If not, I would see if you can dig the tree to move it somewhere safe. Someone could find it and think it's diseased and destroy the tree. Also, once the tree gets larger it won't be easy to move. Now that the tree is in-leaf, I would maybe wait until fall to dig the tree. If there is any danger that the tree will be destroyed, move the tree immediately. Be sure to ask the property owners first, if it's not on your property. Good luck, tl³

Congratulations. It seems like if it was loosing it´s attachment to the Peresquiopsis. I had a similar one that I loose, because after a week, the Digitostigma fall down but It was growing a small root. I made the mistake of cutting again the root and grafted it over a new cut of the Pereskiopsis but It failed. Maybe if I only planted again the seedling with it´s small new root It was alive today.
