Hi Smokymist, I have some brugs, some are rooted some can take cutting. I would love to trade with you. I am looking for Jean Pasco, and a peony either yellow or white, foxtail lily if you have it. would you look at my trade list, and let me know what would temp your "green thumb".

johnsonm08, Yes, brugmansia is known to hang downwards, and is called 'Angel Trumpet' because of this habit. 'Devil's trumpet,' or Datura, point upwards (as if looking up from Hell). There are exceptions, as one poster mentioned, but basically, brugmansia blooms hang down. Pruning the bush will allow the flowers to fall naturally, and give a graceful, neat appearance.
