Yes David & Jqpublic, They are reruns but when you are a gardening addicted person who cares if they are. Each time you watch them you may get some info or ideas you might of missed previous. Six, ten, 20 years ago my ideas and style have changed and sometimes there is inspiration in others styles. So for us who can't get enough...get your coffee ready or Tivo. But you have to admit is the only true garden show showing on HGTV these days.

Here's some info I grabbed from a forum: I grew up propagating azaleas & camellias with my dad. Ideally, you need semi-hardwood growth - usually collected in late June/July in central AL. They're easy to do. Just collect those cuttings, strip off all but the top 3 or 4 leaves, dip the basal end in your choice of rooting hormone, and stick in your rooting medium - we had a raised rooting bed in the back yard, in full shade - located between the back of the house and two big cherrybark oaks, a 50/50 mix of clean sand and peatmoss. Watered the cuttings daily. Left them in the bed over winter, lifted & potted up the next spring. ------- A Nearing Frame would be ideal whether you live in a colder climate or a warmer climate such as this person does. In a winter-cold climate, you'd keep the cuttings covered such as in this photo: *Note - the back side is tall, apprx. 6'+ and faces due south. Excellent planting media's: 3 parts perlite to 1 part peat moss, or, pure sand with/without pea gravel; sand with some peat moss (Azaleas/Conifers/Maples etc- "Acid-loving plants" - will appreciate the acidity the peat moss - naturally, brings). Good liquid, rooting hormones: 1/10 Dip n' Grow Woods 1/10 or 1/15 depending on more-difficult to root woody plants. Strip the basal leaves off - no need to wound with a knife - hold in the rooting compound for 15 seconds and then stick them in your media. Adding mycorrhizae to your media I'm a firm believe in. You can either water it in, or mix it in as a powder into your media(s). Best of luck, Dax

Can you guess at this paint color? Guess? Sure. Dollars to donuts your inspiration pic is AI, most likely from Midjourney. The tell is the doubling up on lighting around the mirror (light bar and sconces) and the faux wheat feather in a vase - typical Midjourney results. I could be wrong, but it doesn't matter. Why it doesn't matter if it's AI or a real room: All the reasons already listed. Color on line is not accurate - everyone's monitor displays color differently. Color on line - including all the AI image generators - operates in the sRGB color space which makes no attempt to model human color perception. Multiply all that x 1,000 for the fact that people see and sense color differently. So it doesn't matter if it's directly from a designer's portfolio on her desktop to your email, Pinterest's blown-out post production circus of images, or Midjourney's whacky world of color. It all lands in the same digitized bucket of color that you see on your device of choice. You absolutely asked for the right kind of color help - a guess. Here are a few chips to grab to start figuring out how you can get the look and vibe of the inspo color on your cabinets. It's a range of several colors - which could be another indicator that it's AI. Captures of real rooms, even if someone used every post production Photoshop tool there is, usually have a much smaller number of possible paint colors when analyzed.

Hi there at our alottment someone cleared a weedy bed and collected emerging bulbs. I could ID some Narcissus, awfull hybrid bluebells which were binned immediately and some tulips. some had a completely smooth skin, and I know that there were some Darwin hybrids flowering in spring. those in the pic caught my eye because the skin was somewhat stripey. does anyone recognize the type? I am quite positive that it is some Tulipa, and dont expect those to be Darwins as well. I planted some anyway, just curiouse thanks for hints, bye, Lin regarding the size: they were about or smaller than an inch in diameter
