I have them mostly in the front of the house in a 2-3' strip between the house and the driveway. I do like jkom, pulling them once or twice to keep them from overpowering existing plantings and thin them out a bit. I actually think they're kind of pretty and it makes me happy when they bloom cause they are a sure sign of spring. They do disappear as soon as the weather gets warm, so I don't find them too awful, esp. since they are contained in that area. wanda

Great photos! I love seeing Ariocarpus in bloom! Do you hand pollinate? Or is it bugs ? Mark This post was edited by Maark23 on Thu, Oct 17, 13 at 1:15

Yes it's a direct upload on garden web-and it is easier if you're just doing one photo, but I haven't figured out yet if you can do more than one. If any one has, it would be great!

We've just moved into our new home, (it sat abandoned for well over a year prior to us moving in) and I'm so happy to see tulips popping up! While I can not for the life of me figure out why they are in the center of the yard, I'm excited anyways! Sounds like your garden is doing great!
