It's an easy fix. Secure the metal frame to 2x6s by drilling holes through the frame or by using metal conduit fasteners that will go over the framing allowing you to secure the frame to the 2x6s. Then screw the 2x6s to the deck. This way, there will be no stains and the gazebo will be secure.

Some tarps like they have at Home Depot or Shade cloth- they come in 6 ft by 20 ft or larger rolls but don't hang well. I got a large tarp 10ft by 12 ft I think it was & attached it to cover large concrete area ran wires to top of fence & corner of house. Then used it 2 summers worked very well. Cost $20. breeze could go under it, as long as keep it taunt it works well,could attach to house & cement in couple of electric conduit poles with hole drilled through near top for heavy wire to hold tarp in place. Some magazines have triangle shape sunshades you might be able to use. If these things come loose not likely to hurt much. Or you could run a couple of redwood extension pieces up on 1 side of deck with piece of wood across the top & hang a bamboo shade on side to block out most of sun.Use cup hook type hangers(but larger for outside use) so easy to remove. I did it but not to to a 2nd story deck. If you are doing this just to put of a full repair then go for it, just understand that overtime they will probably sag back and then they might hold water. Ours is doing that now. The other thing you will need to consider where you pull the deck apart you will likely find frazzled ends and need to cut them off so you have a clean end to place your screws.

the weber will outlast the charbroil, but at twice the price, is it worth it to you? the Charbroil has a larger cooking surface AND higher BTU rate than the Weber. also it has cast iron cooking grates, which to me equal more even heat than the Weber's stainless grate. so, for me, i would go with the Charbroil. not to start anything here, but have you considered charcoal or dual fuel grills? i saw a Char-Griller at my lowes a couple weeks back that was 2 grills in 1. gas on one side and the other grill was charcoal. ifyou plan on cooking anything that requires a long cook time, such as smoking meats, you just cannot beat a charcoal grill. gas cooks quicker, and has less mess to clean, but does not do as well for slow cooking items. i smoke my ribs for 6 hours on my chargriller, and they fall off the bone. trying to cook teh same ribs on a gas grill and they cook in under 2 hours and are TUFF!
