Geranium x cantabrigiense Biokovo - Agree with prior comments. Very tidy and a nice edger. I have mine in full sun next to a water fountain. I have sanguineum in a small planting strip wedged between my house and driveway and I have to say they look pretty stunning this year. But in a larger planting bed, not so sure I'd like it.

i ... we.. never know who the poster is ... some of you would commit suicide if you lost a single plant.. those we tell to wait .... do it at the 'right' time others.. like me.. like to experiment ... and learn ... and frankly.. dont care if we lose a given plant ... it doesnt deserve our attention.. if it cant take our abuse ... in all honesty ... if i had a multitude of a problem plant ... i would move a couple .... in the dead heat of summer.. pruning them way back ... i would try potting one or two for TLC ... in case the others die ... and i would just dig and throw out a couple.. and leave a few in reserve .... while i try to figure out another way to torture them .. lol ... and then.. in sept.. contemplate which system worked best.. and then try to remember that .. next time this invasive weed threatens to take over a given space ... and i do not mean that in the technical sense.. just in that it is REALLY thriving in this location ... and i am just answering on common sense.. ida apparently knows about this specific plant .. and ===>>> what she said ... ken

Oh, Agastache definitely acts like it's a member of the mint family! I left the seed heads on, to possibly feed birds, and because they looked neat. With all the sprouts this year, I could have a hedge of it surrounding my yard next year, if I desired! The plants are not spreading from the base ultra-fast, however. I think it's a great plant. I'm still planting out, and I agree that plunking in 60 or 70 degrees is a lot nicer than in 80 or 90 degrees, and one doesn't have to water as much.

I have a huge sloping shady hill in back of my house covered in I geranium macmaccrorizhome ....sorry auto_misspell will not let me spell correctly --maccrorhizome "Spessart" ( whitwhite) , geranium sanguinium mamagenta Doronicum. SStylophorum both yellow These could cover tththe hillside while you fill in with choice plants over time. They suppress weeds and are pleasant to look st while blooming over different times, I know some people will holler they're invasive but none are . They are spreaders that are easily pulled out by the hahandfull. Goodness my keyboard is doubling my words, how odd. Let me see if I can get a photo No hurt feelings if you reject this
