To add to what SLD stated true Epiphyllum are two sided, but the hybrids are three sided. If I’m not mistaken most of the ”true” Epiphyllum have white flowers. Most of mine are three sided you just can’t see it in the pic. Some of the leaves will grow two sides, but on the same plant a three sided leaf will grow. It was a pain the booty to get that pic😉. If you look closely the flower is sitting on a pine cone because it kept flopping down. I believe most of the ones we see with big pretty colorful flowers are hybrids. I went to an Epiphyllum show in SF and some of the flowers can get to a size close to dinner plates. The actual cactus is so boring, but the flowers are incredible. The buds even impress me!

Not trying to be funny, but I have this Simple Human stainless steel sink caddy. It has both the suction cups and a hanger. To be even less obtrusive, you can get the ones that are just suction cups, and place it on the inside-front of the sink, you won't see it, but those tend to slip over time. Cleans easy. It costs $25, Julien workstation sinks cost upwards of $3200 - the one pictured would be several thousands more. I'd rather get a really nice sink with the other features I want like size, SS gauge, offset drain, and spend the money on that, than go on a quest for a sink with that sponge drawer. That sponge drawer will be a PITA cleaning chore with all the little holes, and if you have minerals in your water, even worse.

I'm thinking I should dispose of it and try to find the eggs? I just looked and he is still on the same shrub he was on yesterday. Later....well, design fan, I couldn't tolerate a bug that kills bees and butterflies and hunts hummingbirds. I was really lucky - I went back and there was the same PM I saw yesterday in the very same location only deeper into the evergreen it was on, under a branch. We got him out of there only to see a 2nd one! I think they were actually mating and right there was what looked like eggs. So no search required. The two of them and what I hope are all the eggs, are out of the garden.
