So many bid on cactus on Ebay and oztion, so I know you are oout there.

Come in and talk.. the good thing about succulents is that you can always gift them to others, so join in!

Fellow Victorian here. My main love in the garden are bromeliads but also have a few different cacti/succulents. Dont have a lot to trade etc at moment but always interested in learning new tips, seeing different pics etc.

Hi Kristen I am totally in love with Aloes at present, I only wish I could fly the digital camera properly to show you what mine in the garden look like at present.
If you like having them in the garden I have HEAPS of cotyledon orbiculata always avaiable as it kep growing.
Mine are getting steadily planted down the drive as they are silver in colour and reflect car headlights at night tough and lovely.
If you Google them there's one particular photo that shows how great they look massed.
Nice to have someone to talk to!

I've been posting here off and on since 1998 and a lot of folks have come and gone. I guess it's the nature of the beast. We're fortunate that Karl posts quite often and another veteran is Rosebud who I'd like to hear from more often. As mentioned above Cindy was always a hoot to hear from, and there's lots of others. I like the idea of treating each other well, but the problems that have happened here over the years remind me of what sometimes goes on inside local Rose Societies. There always seems to be someone who wants to prove they are better, smarter, etc. Keep up the good thoughts and this Forum will continue. Chuck

Barry, So glad to hear from you. That is so cool that you met Damian Maynard and that you extended your hospitialty to him. I bet he does have a lot of interesting stories. Sorry your brugs weren't more productive but don't let that keep you away from here. Dang, if that was the case I would never be on here. I waited all summer for blooms and finally had 2 this past week and that's it for the rest of the season. But look at all of the splendid looking tropicals you have. I love tropicals, hence my name. They look like happy campers. And behind the nanner and EE looks like some tall healthy brugs to me. Hey, OT pics are just as good as brug pics in my book.
