jonsgirl--- I am of the opinion that the "six months of laundry soap" thing is a stupid gimmick. Honestly, is adding soap that arduous? I'd also be worried about it forming some weird biofilm. AND it seems like "one more thing to break." I love the temperature boost option on my Bosch--I use it when I have white cotton that I want REALLY white/clean. About once a month I run a load of white towels on temp boost...I think it helps keep the mildew/biofilm issue at bay. mepop-- I routinely use vinegar in my wash...haven't used liquid chlorine since I was washing diapers when the kids were babies. (20+ years ago) I DID sometimes add vinegar to the final rinse on the diapers...but that was a second "extra" rinse after the diapers had gone through the full initial rinse cycle. Any chlorox left would have been so residual as to be negligible. Left the diapers nice and soft...even when line-dried.

The icon lets you know the post contains a picture somewhere in the thread. I like this new feature Tamara!!! Cute pooch too!!! :)

Pride Parade. Not affiliated with any other Pride Parade, this is your (our) opportunity to celebrate what makes you (us) wonderful and/or proud. For example, I my own self will probably celebrate my ability to hammer a nail, paint a room, check my car's oil, & lay a brick walkway, and find enjoyment & satisfaction in doing these things, despite having grown up in a family & in a time in which I was told (convinced) that girls/women could not do such things. I will bring tiaras, but if you want opera length gloves, you're on your own (what am I saying? I know how this group feels about gloves!!!). If you're not a tiara type person, you might choose another kind of headgear, such as a top hat, hard hat, chef's hat, mortarboard, halo, or baseball cap with appropriate message.
