Curry Plant - Helichrysum italiacum

I didn't get around to planting out the curry plant I got at a local market before it got overheated in its pot. The growing tips wilted in the heat and even after watering it substantially and moving it to the shadehouse it does not appear to have recovered.

Previous incidents resulted in it perking up and stop wilting upon watering. However, it now has a permanent bend in the top foliage and the plant is feeling brittle to touch. Have I killed it?
