Gray Tree Frog

End of October while bringing in large container plants into the house for the winter, I spotted this little guy on the back side of a Pachira leaf.

I wash and shake each plant well before bring them in, but those suction cup toes made the mad shake a waste of time.

Randy... Great pictures! I don't have any Gray Tree Frogs but usually end up with some Green Tree Frogs & little Anoles [green lizard] in the house when I bring plants in. If the freeze warning is just for a night or two I usually just leave them til I put the plants back not knowing if they can survive the cold. Found one Green Tree Frog in the kitchen, one in the bedroom but put them back on the plants til time to go back out... :-)

Neat! I wish I could manage to get frogs but I think there is too much poison used around us by people who worry about mosquitos, etc. The visitor we got is common outside of a city but I didn't expect it right here in the middle of town. We got a muskrat! It was such a delight to watch it do laps. We knew it would not be staying so we enjoyed it while we could. Sandy
